What will my TeamCreator subscription cost?
Multiply the number of monthly users by the monthly price. Discounts may be applied for annual subscriptions based on tiers.
How are annual subscriptions priced?
In addition to monthly subscriptions, TeamCreator is also available as an annual subscription. Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased. To purchase TeamCreator as an annual subscription, simply start a free trial and follow at point of payment you will be invited to choose monthly or annual.
How are users counted towards billing?
You can add and remove users as your participants change. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed for the following month's subscription based on the exact number of TeamCreator users you have. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed for the tier that most closely matches your user count.
What payment options do you accept?
Monthly subscriptions are payable by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express), or PayPal. Annual subscriptions can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or check.
